About Us
LoveShine began her journey in 2005 and our childcare centres are managed by professional teams of experienced, dedicated and loving preschool educators. We value each child’s uniqueness and encourage their individuality, helping each child to realise his fullest potential.
We adopt comprehensive Thematic curriculum framework in our enriching and stimulating learning environment. Our hands-on experimental Thematic approach enable learning that develops children’s intellectual, psychological, physical, emotional and social competencies. We aim to nurture children with the ability to think creatively, analytically and imaginatively, by consciously giving room for free expressions, encouraging active interactions, experimenting new ideas and acquiring problem-solving skills.
We seek to build a strong foundation in children’s character in these early formative years and inculcate in them good manners. We also help children to learn from life’s enriching experiences, acquiring the essential life skills for future independent learning. We are located in a serene and beautiful environment. Fronted by a large open field, we have ample space for outdoor play. Our centre is fully air-conditioned with spacious individual rooms, making it an ideal and conducive learning place for your child’s growth and development.
We offer the following learning programmes for children aged from 18 months to 6 years old (Playgroup, Nursery 1 & 2, Kindergarten 1 & 2 - Full Day & Half Day Programmes):

Our Curriculum
Our comprehensive Thematic/Project curriculum framework incorporates inspiring themes and projects and adopts local as well as international methods of instruction. The framework aims to develop children as life-long learners and assist them in getting equipped with knowledge, skills and character through 6 different learning areas, namely Language and Literacy, Motor Skills Development, Numeracy, Social & Emotional Development, Discovery of the World and Aesthetics and Creative Expression
Thematic Learning is education that is focused and organised. It cuts across subject matters, bringing together various aspects of the curriculum and transforms them into meaningful activities/projects. Project Based Learning engages the children’s in their learning through questioning. With their prior knowledge, children have the ability to answer, question, and investigate their thoughts and doubts in the real world.
Our News
The “Gift-Of-Love” project was carried out as a December 2023 holiday programme. It aims to develop social awareness among our children to show respect and love for the needy elderly in our community. The teachers engaged the children in learning activities, taught them about social awareness and the importance of showing love and concern for the elderly. They also worked with the children to draw and write on a tote bag provided by the Centre to depict their wishes and feeling of love and concern for the elderly in the Home.
At the same time, in partnership with parents for home-base-learning, parents engaged the children in meaningful activity by going shopping together to buy some daily necessities and food items based on a suggested list of items given by the Centre. The children put the items into the tote bag which they had designed and this special “Gift-Of-Love” was sent to the Home on 14 December 2023 to bless the elderly there. To all the Good Samaritans of LoveShine, keep up the good work of shining your love and kindness to the community!
